Conference Fee

Participation in the conference and reception of articles is free. Papers presented at the conference will be given with a certificate of attendance.

  • An author can participate with a maximum of 2 (two) papers.
  • If a paper is not presented (f2f or online) a Certificate of Attendance will not be given.
  • In multi-authored papers, the payment covers only the presenting author. Other authors can receive a Certificate of Attendance if they attend the congress and register.

Registration cancellation is made before the congress programme is announced. The fee is refunded after the transfer fee and tax (if invoiced) are deducted. After the announcement of the congress programme, no refund will be made.
